This is a course for educators, instructional designers and T&D managers who want to redesign their programs for an online learning environment without compromising identity or quality.

Every Sunday,
you will receive tasks with accompanying explainer videos 15-20 minutes in length.
Every Tuesday and Thursday, the course curator and mentors will host online brainstorming sessions for students to work on their projects together or in mini-groups.

We will break down the structure of programs, define learning goals and learning outcomes.

  • Choosing the main approach for your program — task-oriented, experience-oriented or traditional step-by-step program design.

  • Systematisation of learning outcomes and taxonomies (Bloom, Marzano, Solo)
  • Overview of the main concepts and related instructional design algorithms.
We will build a digital learning environment with the most relevant technical solutions and tools and discuss how to create assessment procedures that benefit both students and educators.
We will identify the differences between learning strategies, such as inquiry-based, challenge-based or phenomenon-based learning. We will discuss how to find the best learning strategy for your program and select tools to make it more interactive while giving students more autonomy.
